Summer Time Fun

We have been having fun around our house this summer playing with friends and doing some bmx racing. Here are a few pics from the last few weeks:


This is one of our very favorite people on the planet, Miss Leelee. Her grandma lives next door and we get to play with her when she comes to see grandma.

Some pics from the 4th of July. Nicole wanted to use Dad's hearing protection, and mostly liked to be in the back of the van, close enough to see, but not too close... She is pretty sensitive to the sounds, but really likes the "rain pops" (This is our family word for fire works that Nicole coined two years ago, because they look like rain and go POP!=0)






We are getting ready for Nicole's 5th birthday party. She wanted a My Little Pony party, and so I am trying to make some little unicorn head pieces to go along with the theme, with lots of curls and frills. It is kind of a mix of my little pony butterflies and other girly things. It should be fun. Andrew's birthday party will be in September, this is our first year to do seperate parties, so will see how it goes.
