Construction on Andrew's new room begins!!!!!

So this week we officially started the building of Andrew's new bedroom!!!! This has been a couple of years in the making, last year we remodeled the inside of what used to be Steve and I's master bedroom suite. Our old master bath became Nicole's bedroom, and Andrew has been sleeping in what was our old bedroom. The new bathroom was built in between the rooms. So this year we are adding on what will become Andrew's new bedroom and will be finishing off the bedroom into what will be the play/school/family room. So here are some pics and videos of the process. Day 1: The excavation is done for the new room, forms are placed. Day 2: The cement is poured. Day 3 will be tomorrow. The guy will come back out and remove the forms and then Steve will be able to start the framing of the walls. We will have the roof trusses delivered next week. We are shooting for this being completed before my mom and sister come for their summer time visit the first week of August!!!! We are so excited to have this begin and will be even more excited when it is completed!!!! Yeah!!!!
