Happy Birthday Nicole!

Well, it has been a week since Nicole's birthday party. It has been absolutely ungodly hot here in the Northwest, and I have just not been able to sit out of the airconditioner after the kids go to bed long enough to get these pics up. We got an airconditioner for our master suite this year, as I am working night shift and needing to sleep during the day. We have had it for a little over a month, and I am so glad we got it!!! We have really enjoyed it with the temperature getting up to an all time record of 104 this last week!!! So, now the temperatures are headed down, we were in the ninties today, but headed for the 80's and even mid 70's with a chance of rain before the week is up! Thank God!!!

So anyways, here are the pics of Nicole's Birthday party. This is the first year Nicole had her very own party, and we will be having another party for Andrew in September. We had a My Little Pony/butterfly/unicorn/girly/curly party that also included a slip and slide and about 15 kids from our neighborhood and friends from my work and church. I made the pinatta again, the unicorn head pieces with tails and the cakes too. The butterfly cake was a rainbow cake, so when you cut in to it it was pink, blue and green. I was pleased with how it all turned out. Hope you enjoy!
