We were outside swinging in the back yard the other day and Andrew said a whole and complete sentence all by himself!!! He said "I want mama push me please." Six words strung together that was very intelligible. I got all excited and went and grabbed the camera and tried to get him to do it again. Well, with this darn apraxia stuff, of course the more he tried to do the repeat version, the more difficult it was for him. This is the best video I got of it. His words are buried in there. I get glimpses of them every so often, and I am so proud of him. He has dealt with much in his journey, and has so much farther to go. I wish we could speed it up for him so the frustration would go away. In the video I can see his desire to please so much, and to be successful, but I also see his reluctance to do it, because it is hard. Wish it wasn't that way, but it is. My little trooper!
